Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for paid Digital Legacy Vault subscriptions. Digital Legacy Vault is a product operated by TheDevLab.

1. Free plan

The free plan does not require payment and therefore does not involve refunds.

2. 14-day refund window

Paid subscriptions (Essentials, Plus, Family, and Firm tiers) are eligible for a refund if the refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase.

After 14 days, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Usage & Account Limits

Refund requests require your account to be within Free plan limits at the time of the request. If your account is above Free limits, delete down to Free limits before requesting a refund review.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel renewal for a paid subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

For App Store purchases, refunds are managed by Apple. For web or billing support, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and transaction date.
