Enterprise
Give every client a private legacy vault under your firm brand
Run staff onboarding, client onboarding, branding, billing, and oversight from one firm account while client records stay private by default.

Start with a firm account
Enterprise gives your team one operating surface for staff, clients, branding, plan limits, and rollout control.
What firms are actually buying
One firm account, many client relationships, clean operating boundaries
The model is simple: firm-level billing and controls on one side, private client workspaces on the other.
Firm account
One firm account owns branding, staff access, client onboarding, and billing.
Staff onboarding
Owners, admins, and staff are invited first so access stays explicit and auditable.
Client workspaces
Each client relationship stays separate instead of being folded into one shared account.
Branded entry points
Start with a hosted firm subdomain, then add a custom domain when the rollout needs it.
Private by default
Firm oversight does not become blanket access to decrypted client records.
Operational limits
Seat controls, client-volume limits, and audit visibility fit firm operations better than household plans.
FAQ
Enterprise questions
Use the FAQ for the rollout, privacy, routing, and commercial questions that matter most.
Would firms automatically see every client secret?
No. Enterprise is built around workflow control and audit visibility, not blanket decryption. Client records stay protected unless the client’s own release path allows access.
What would a client see after a firm invites them?
Clients come through a branded invite and sign-in surface, then continue inside their own vault relationship. They do not land in the firm operator console.
Does every firm need its own custom domain?
No. A hosted firm subdomain under digitallegacyvault.app works as the first branded route. Custom domains are optional for firms that want the platform under their own domain.
How would enterprise limits be priced?
Enterprise pricing fits better around reserved staff seats and client workspace volume. Starter is the free baseline, while Core, Growth, and Scale are the paid self-serve tiers used for active firm subscriptions.
Does each client workspace need its own subscription?
No. Billing stays on the parent firm. One firm subscription covers staff seats and client workspace capacity, and each client workspace simply consumes capacity from that firm plan.
Can a firm roll this out gradually?
Yes. Invite-first onboarding allows a firm to start with a small group of staff and clients, then expand without turning on broad access all at once.
Is enterprise a separate app from the personal product?
No. It is the same core platform with tenant isolation, branded firm routing, firm billing, and client-by-client administration layered on top.
Bring the client vault to mobile
Clients and firm staff can continue in Digital Legacy Vault on mobile when rollout, support, or trusted-contact coordination needs to happen away from the desk.
